黑龙江省龙建路桥第四工程有限公司（原名为龙建路桥股份有限公司第四工程处），成立于1979年,主营业务为高等级公路、大型和特大型桥梁施工，具有多年的海外施工和管理经验，在已介入的国内外市场享有盛誉，年施工生产能力为15亿元人民币。
公司现有职工1156人，拥有各类专业技术人员330人，其中高、中级专业技术人员227人，一级建造师28人，国际项目管理人才91人。企业总资产为6.074亿元人民币。
现有各类先进施工机械设备265台套，其中英产3000型沥青混凝土拌和站2台套、日产2000型沥青混凝土拌和站1台套、国产1500型、国产1000型沥青混凝土拌和站各1台套、国产大型水泥混凝土拌和站4台套、国产WCD500型水泥混凝土拌和站2台套、德产沥青混凝土摊铺机4台套、国产沥青混凝土摊铺机3台套、美产水泥混凝土摊铺机1台套。
近10年来，公司先后承建了省内绥满、同三、哈大、黑北、大齐、哈尔滨绕城西段、哈伊公路及省外吉林长吉、辽宁阜朝、河北宝坻、山西临侯、福州机场高速、浙江杭新景、浙江申嘉湖等98条国省干道，2004年，自主中标进入印度市场。
建设施工的国省干道和特大型、大型桥梁及中小桥涵，工程合格率100%，重点项目95%以上竣工评比获得第一名、 80%以上3年评比次次获得第一名。工程曾获鲁班奖、亚冬会突出贡献奖、先进施工单位等国家级和省部级多次嘉奖，省内外重点工程均受到业主好评和社会各界的肯定，几乎所有重点工程在省内外市场均被树为全线样板。印度东西走廊项目得到了印度国家交通部门和国家质检总局首席官员的称赞和认可。

The main business of it is high-grade highway, large-scale and extra large-scale bridge construction, with many years of experience in overseas construction and management, it enjoys an enormous reputation in the intervened domestic and foreign markets and the annual production capacity of the construction is RMB 1,500,000,000 Yuan.
There are 1156 staff members in the company at present, with 330 professional technicians in various types, of whom, mid-level and high-level professional technicians are 227, the first- degree constructors are 28, international project management professionals are 91. The total assets of the business are RMB 607,400,000 Yuan.
There are various types of advanced construction machinery and equipment 265 sets, of which, Britain-made Type 3000 asphalt concrete mixing stations are 2 sets, Japan-made Type 2000 asphalt concrete mixing station is 1 set, China-made Type 1500 and Type 1000 asphalt concrete mixing station is 1 set each, China-made large-scale cement concrete mixing stations are 4 sets, China-made Type WCD500 cement concrete mixing stations are 2 sets, Germany-made asphalt concrete pavers are 4 sets, China-made asphalt concrete pavers are 3 sets, the America-made cement concrete paver is 1 set.
Over the past 10 years, the company has accepted the commission for the construction of Sui-Man, Tong-San, Ha-Da, Hei-Bei, Da-Qi, the western section across Harbin City, Ha-Yi Highway inside the province. Besides, it also contracted for the construction of 98 national and provincial main lines outside the province, including Changji in Jilin Province, Fuchao in Liaoning province, Baodi in Hebei province, Linhou in Shanxi province, Fuzhou Airport High-speed Road, Hang Xinjing High-speed Road in Zhejiang province, Shenjia Lake in Zhejiang province and so on. In 2004, the company won the bid independently and entered the Indian market.
The construction of the national and provincial main lines, extra large-scale and large-scale bridges, small and medium-sized bridges, of which, the passing rate of the projects are 100%. More than 95% of the key projects won the first place on the appraisal after completion, and more than 80% of them won the first place on the successive 3-year appraisal. The projects have the honor to won many national-level, provincial- level and ministerial-level awards on many occasions such as Luban Award, Outstanding Contribution Award to the Asian Winter Games, Advanced Construction Unit Award and so on. The key projects both inside and outside the province obtain the owners’ high opinion and the Community’s affirmative, almost all of the key projects inside and outside the provincial markets are considered as models. Indian East- West Corridor Projects have gained recognition and praise of the Indian Transportation Department and the chief officials in the General Bureau of Quality Supervision.
During the 10 years, the company has been awarded as the title of “Civilized Unit Pacesetter” by Heilingjiang Provincial Government and Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee successively. In 2001, the company obtained “May 1st” Labor Certificate of Heilongjiang Province. In 2005, the company was awarded the honored title of “National Model Staff Members’ Home” by China Federation of Trade Union. In recent years, the Party Committee of the company was awarded the title of “Advanced Party Commission” by the Party Commission under Heilongjiang Communication Department successively and in 2000, it was named as “Standardization Party Commission” by the Working Committee under Heilongjiang Provincial Commission.
